Course content
Overview of SPGR and its background. The factoranalytical model with some of the most frequent used statistics in the field. Practical application in research and consulting. Ethical issues. Role of consultant. Feedback and application at individual, group and organizational level. The course is given every second year.
Learning outcome
An overview of the SPGR metodology and theory is given combined by practical skills in applying the methodology in research and consulting. SPGR Certification is given when successfully completing the course.
