About the course

Course content

This course covers the basic mathematical concepts and techniques of analysis necessary to understand some of the mathematical models covered later in the program.

Learning outcome

Students should have the mathematical skills necessary to analyze mathematical models taught at the bachelor level.

Learning methods and activities

2 hours lectures and 2 hours practical assignment per week.
Compulsory activity: 2 approved term papers. The term papers can be written as a joint project by up to four students.
