Course content
The course consists of theory and methodological subjects within the field of Organization and Work Life: Students choose TIØ13 Forskning på team and TIØ17 Kompleksitetsteori or TIØ6 Ledelse, kunnskap og verdiskaping and TIØ24 Forskningsmetoder.
Learning outcome
The course will provide in depth insight into core issues of organization and work life, and help the student to find their own position within the theoretical fields. The course will also give a basis for conduction empirical research on relevant issues, choose research method and an efficient research design.
Learning methods and activities
The teaching will be done as a set of seminars addressing relevant issues. Postponed exam is held within the end of the exam period. If there is a re-sit examination, the examination form may be changed from written to oral.
Required previous knowledge
Students that take this project course need at the same time to take TIØ4541 Organization and Work Life, Specialization Project. In addition they need to have the following courses in the fourth year: TIØ4265 Strategic Management and either TIØ4275 Management of Change or TIØ4280 Change and ICT in Complex Systems.
