In Trondheim, NTNU has a standard arrival confirmation that will be distributed during Orientation Week. If you cannot meet on your assigned time during Orientation Week, you can get it at the Unit for International Relations after Orientation Week is over. Please bring official ID.

Learning Agreements

Gjøvik and Ålesund

Contact your exchange coordinator if you need to make changes to your Learning Agreement.

Trondheim

If your Learning Agreement has not been signed, or you have changed your courses, you will need to get it signed at the Unit for International Relations after Orientation Week is over.

You can change your courses up until the deadline for registering for courses. It is your responsibility to make sure you are eligible to take the new courses. Once you have made your final course selection, go to the Unit for International Relations to have your Learning Agreement signed (after Orientation Week).

You will only need to update the second part of the Learning Agreement, which is the part that says “Changes to the original” or “During the mobility”, or similar.

Exam results and transcripts of records

You can view your exam results and order copies of your grade transcripts in Studentweb. Note that you will not receive a transcript without ordering it. Most exam results are available sometime in January for the fall exams and sometime in July for the spring exams.

  1. Wait until you have received all your semester grades
  2. Log on to Studentweb: After your right to study at NTNU has expired, you will not be able to use your regular username and password. To log on, you will need the ID number and pin codes you received by email before starting your studies at NTNU
  3. In Studentweb, click on ‘Results’ in the column up top, then find ‘Order transcript’ on the bottom of the page
  4. Select the address where the grade transcript should be sent. There is no problem sending the transcript abroad. You can change both your home address and your semester address in Studentweb
  5. Click order and your transcripts will be sent
