Info for Presenters
Please note the poster easels can accommodate posters up to 960mmx1380mm (which would fit up to an A0 vertical poster). They can be also rotated for posters using landscape layout up to A1 horizontal poster. Please note the conference is not able to print the posters.
Instead, there are printing centers at car/bus distance from the conference that may be able to accommodate last-minute printing needs:
Allkopi (https://www.allkopi.no/design-og-trykk/plakater) in downtown
NTNU grafisk (https://www.ntnu.no/grafisksenter) at Dragvoll campus
We recommend to print your poster before departure if possible in order to avoid issues related to printing the poster at the last minute.
If you have special requirements or questions related to poster presentations, please contact Andreas Bergsland at firstname.lastname@example.org
For each presentation, we have allocated 20 minutes in total that includes setup, presentation, and questions. We suggest that you limit your presentation to 15 minutes if you would like to allow room for discussion. The next presenter can start preparing while there is the Q&A. Please arrive at the auditorium well before your session starts to test your setup. We will announce soon the session chairs on our website.
The format of the presentation should be 16:9, which is the current standard video format. This looks much better than 4:3 because it fills the entire window.
In order to be as inclusive and accessible as possible, we encourage you to develop accessible presentations/slides (big letters, photo captions, avoid using too many slides) or explain your slides and especially the pictures in a descriptive style. This way, the audience with impaired vision or blind, or a reading disability can follow easier. In order that everyone can hear clearly it is also recommended to always use microphone when speaking, which will be provided from us.
