With Chicago reference style you don’t usually reference articles from encyclopedias in a reference list, you only cite in-text e.g.: According to a Wikipedia article about stock-based companies, should a company have at least 3 members in its board of directors if the company’s assets exceed NOK 3 million.

If you choose to reference, use this structure/template

With an identified author:

Surname, First name. "Title of the article". In Name of the encyclopedia in italics, Edition. Place: Publisher, Year. Accessed date. URL.

Without an identified author:

Name of the encyclopedia in italics, s.v. "Title of the article", Accessed Date. URL.
