3. Practical information

Venue: The conference will take place from afternoon on the September 24th until afternoon of September 26st, 2026 at the Gløshaugen campus.

The campus is around 20 minutes’ walk from the city center (ca. 30 from other hotels or hostels) and is connected with the Bus line nr. 3 (Lohove). You can find more information on the company’s webpage, AtB.

At the campus the major part of the conference will be at the following two places.

Both places are very near to each other, and we will try to fix indications on doors, to make wayfinding easier.

There are a lot of hotels in Trondheim, most of them in the city center. You all know the tools to find them.
We suggest a cheaper alternative for PhD students, which do not have or want to spend too much money. The youth hostel is not central, but only 10-15 minutes’ walk from the center. Here, especially two-bed rooms can be a quite cheap possibility.
