• Paper Presentation: All papers must be presented at the conference, in person as Oral Presentation.
• Attendance: Onsite attendance is strongly recommended as the conference is meant to be an opportunity for scholars to connect, share insights, and reinforce the sense of community that has always been at the heart of this conference.
• Author Registration: At least one author for each accepted paper must register for the NLDB 2026 Conference by April 17th with the Regular Fee.
• If registering for student fee, you will be required to upload student proof, e.g. scanned copy of student ID.
• Onsite registration is not permitted. Authors must register via the online platform.

Conference registration fees include NLDB conference, Coffee breaks, Lunches, Welcome reception and Social dinner.
