Course Fee

The course fee is NOK 31 000

(approx. $3 250/€2 700 based on exchange rates of 30 January 2026)

Fee Inclusions:

* The complete course materials will be made available digitally to all registered participants prior to the start of the course.

Please note: Hotel accommodation is not included in the course fee.

Registration Deadline

Registration should be received in Trondheim no later than 1 April, 2026.

Registrations received after this date are accepted; however, a late registration surcharge of NOK 4 000 will be added to the course fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations received before 1 April 2026 will be refunded in full, but subtracted an administrative fee of NOK 500.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no additional cost.
• If NTNU must cancel or reschedule the course, all paid registration fees will be refunded in full.

Documentation guidelines for International attendees

We welcome attendees from around the world and understand that traveling to Trondheim may require documentation. Travel-related documentation may be provided only to confirmed participants — that is, after registration and payment of the course is done.

Each request will be reviewed individually to ensure relevance and authenticity. The organizing committee reserves the right to request additional information and to decline requests that do not meet our criteria.

Practical Information

Administrative information concerning payment, invoicing, dietary restrictions, and special requirements will be collected through the registration form.

Accommodation

Comfort Park Hotel

We have reserved some hotel rooms for the conference attendees at Comfort Park Hotel, 3–6 June, 2026. This hotel is within walking distance from the course venue. (18 min/1,4 km according to Google maps)
