Some participants has received emails from "Travel Housing Team" pretending to be from EuropaCat 2025, requesting that you provide your arrival and departure dates for your upcoming visit to attend the conference for securing a room for you.

Accomodation

Trondheim has more than 30 hotels and a total capacity of more than 3700 rooms, ranging from small and cosy hotels to Norway’s two largest conference hotels. Trondheim hotels include free Wi-Fi and a hearty breakfast. Trondheim’s compact geography means that all hotels are within walking distance of NTNU’s main campus and the congress venue. A large number of rooms are already reserved for EuropaCat 2025.

Hotels with rooms reserved for Europacat 2025

The congress has negotiated discounted rates for delegates of the congress. To book your stay at these rates, you must use the registration form. The nightly rates include breakfast, are in NOK and are VAT inclusive. Accommodation must be paid directly to the chosen hotel upon arrival. Each hotel has its own cancellation policy which can be found in the registration form.

Please note that the congress has booked every hotel rooms at the congress venue, so it will not be possible to book room at the venue through any other booking channels. The special rates are only available during the indicated booking periods for each hotel. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact hotels directly to check availability and prices for the additional nights.

Please note that other major events are taking place in Trondheim during the same period as Europacat 2025. Therefore, we recommend that you book accommodation as soon as you have decided to attend the congress.

For hotel booking, please contact hotels directly or use booking.com, hotels.com or other hotel booking websites.

For affordable accommodation, Airbnb and other private options may still be possible with rooms or apartments for individuals or groups of people. 

In case of cancellations of already booked rooms with special rates, we will make these available for you.
