There will be two poster sessions:

1. Monday September 1, 17.30 – 19.30

2. Tuesday September 2, 17.30 – 19.30

We expect all poster presenters to be present at their posters throughout the poster session, and this means that each poster presenter cannot have more than one poster each day, and a maximum of two posters per person in total. You cannot bring posters that have not been submitted and reviewed.

When there are two posters from the same author, they will, as far as possible, be scheduled for different days. If someone has taken over responsibility for a poster from a co-author after submission, and therefore has more than two posters, we will try to place posters from the same author next to each other.

The sessions take place in three locations in two buildings:

In the Aurora hall at Clarion Hotel and in two open areas on ground floor of Pirsenteret. The areas are marked with green in the venue map (Aurora, P1 and P2). 

Find the location of your poster in the program book. On the morning of your poster session, hang your poster on the poster wall corresponding to your abstract number. There will be volunteers on location to assist with this should you have any questions.

Please remove your poster immediately after the poster session has been completed. Poster not removed one hour after end of the poster session will be taken down and thrown away.

Poster size maximum: Width 95 cm x Height 130 cm  (A0 = 84 × 119 cm) NB Portrait format.

There is no poster template when it comes to graphic layout.

All poster walls will be numbered and named with the poster titles. 

Pins for hanging posters are available on the walls.
