Industry Collaborations

Industry Collaborations

The unique integration of health data and samples from HUNT Biobank and Norwegian registries, makes it possible to set up research collaborations to enhance knowledge on the cause of diseases, how diseases may be prevented and how to develop better treatments of diseases.

HUNT welcomes industry collaborations where this benefits research and is in line with public trust. To maintain this trust, we are working on our contribution to the development of guidelines for such collaborations in national health research.

Our main goal with public-private collaborations is to increase research and innovation projects that ultimately will contribute to improved health care.
