Studies of material from the cultural history collections and archives

NTNU University Museum has a study room with three work desks in the building Schøninghuset at Kalvskinnet campus. The study room is used for studies of the cultural history collections and archive material. The work desks can be reserved for up to two weeks at a time. In periods with high demand, master and PhD students will be prioritized.

If you want to reserve a work desk, please send an e-mail to magasin@vm.ntnu.no. The e-mail must contain a list of the museum numbers or archive material you want to study, name of supervisor (if you are a student or PhD student), and when you wish to carry out the studies. We recommend to send your inquiry as early ahead of your planned studies as possible, to increase your chances of getting an available work desk.
