Cancellations:

Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to: nof2020@videre.ntnu.no. Please ensure you receive an acknowledgement.

Cancellation received Before March 1 2020: full refund except an cancellation fee of 500 NOK Between March 1 and March 31 2020: 50% refund from April 1: no refund.

The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The Organizer cannot accept any responsibility or liability for injuries or losses sustained as a result of any cancellations, accidents, illness or other occurrences that may arise in connection with the conference or its evening events. Participants are advised to organize appropriate travel and health insurance themselves.

In the event that the conference has to be cancelled due to circumstances out with the control of the NOF 2020 Organizing Committee, refunds on registration fees will only apply once other conference expences have been covered. NOF 2020 will not be liable for any other travel or accommodation costs incurred by participants.
