Innovation leads
Through regular innovation training for our researchers, we maintain a portfolio overview on innovation leads based on the activity in the work packages, to provide easily accessible information to the consortium partners on the potential for commercial opportunities represented by the research outcomes.
Each lead is structured according to:
- Problem statement
- Proposed solution
- Purpose including value creation potential and possible utilization.
A consolidated status updates partners on ongoing research activities, applying Technology Readiness Levels (TRL 1–9) and additional dimensions from a simplified KTH Innovation Readiness Level model to assess maturity and innovation potential.
