Sharing Insights from TRANSIT: Evaluation Report Highlights

The TRANSIT project is committed to supporting early career teachers in their transition from education to professional practice. As part of our dissemination efforts, we are proud to share the findings from our evaluation report, which captures key learnings, feedback, and impact from our collaborative activities across Europe.

This report reflects the voices of student teachers, educators, and trainers who participated in TRANSIT’s training sessions, workshops, and webinars. It offers valuable insights into inclusive practices, cooperative learning strategies, and the development of professional learning communities.

The evaluation report will be available on our website as an open-access resource, contributing to the broader dialogue on teacher education and transition practices. We invite educators, policymakers, and stakeholders to explore the findings and consider how they might inform future initiatives in their own contexts.

Dissemination Activities for the Evaluation Report

To ensure the evaluation report reaches a wide audience and supports long-term impact, the following dissemination activities are planned:

  • Website Publication: The report will be published on the TRANSIT project website, ensuring open access to all stakeholders.
  • Webinar Presentation: A dedicated online webinar will present the main findings of the evaluation report, inviting discussion and feedback from participants across Europe.
  • Local Workshops: Each partner country will host a workshop to share the evaluation results with local educators, schools, and teacher training institutions.
  • Multiplier Event: A final event in Trondheim June 2026 will showcase the evaluation outcomes alongside the TRANSIT learning units, fostering dialogue and future collaboration.
  • Social Media & Newsletters: Key highlights from the report will be shared via project social media channels and partner mailing lists.
  • Educational Platforms: The report will be promoted through platforms such as EPALE, and the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform to reach broader educational networks.

These activities aim to raise awareness, encourage dialogue, and support the continued use and development of TRANSIT’s inclusive and cooperative practices.
