Tuesday afternoon:

We will meet at the latest 17.15 at Sverresborg Folk Museum (bus line 11 from near Lerkendal Hotel at 16.50-see time table in conference bag-Lucas will guide you)

The (outdoor) tour  will start at 17.30 and lasts approx one hour. We will get information about old Norwegian churches and history of Norwegians living in both urban and more rural areas of Trøndelag conty. There is also an indoor artefact exhibition of different interesting eras in the Trøndelag communities which may be interesting to see -  if we have some time before the dinner. The conference 3-course dinner followed by cakes and coffe will start at 19.00 with a welcoming glass.

We mingle until the dinner is served - approx 20 min later. We have ordered vegetarian menues for you who noticed us about that, the others will get venisson as the main course. 

After the dinner it will be possible to buy drinks at the bar. 

Bus line 11 stops right in front of the Museum entrance, and there are frequent departures from the museum to the hotel after the dinner.
