Postponed "early bird" registration fee before April 19th, 2024:

Includes all lectures and conference abstracts/program book, lunches and coffee breaks all three days, a wine reception after the opening lectures Sunday May 26th. For academic and industry delegates, it also includes the Sverresborg Folk Museum tour and conference dinner on May 28th, while student/PhD delegates must pay for this separately.

Academic delegate:            400 EUR
Student /PhD delegate:      200 EUR (conference dinner is ordered separately in registration form)
Industry delegate:               500 EUR

Accompanying person:     100 EUR (only accessible to join the Sverresborg Folk Museum tour and conference dinner) 
 

Registration fee after April 19th, 2024

Academic delegate:            450 EUR
Student /PhD delegate:      250 EUR (conference dinner is ordered separately in registration form)
Industry delegate:               550 EUR

The deadline for paying the registration fee is the 26th of April if you choose to pay with a direct transfer. If you choose to pay via invoice instead, the deadline for paying the invoice is the 30th of April. Choose your preferred option of payment in the registration form.

The deadline for submission of lecture abstracts is April 12th, while for poster abstracts the deadline for submission is April 19th. Send the abstract by mail as a .docx file to petter.daleng@ntnu.no.

The poster dimensions are to be of the A0 format, while their designs are subjects to the desires of their creators.
