Conference fee for paying participants has been refunded (excluding payment fee) as of March 26th.
 

Because of the recent development of the coronavirus and the resulting national and local measures in Norway, the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, NTNU, and Faculty of Architecture and Design have decided to cancel all activities involving external staff and students. This means that the CA²RE conference and CA²RE+ event cannot take place as planned, and that there will be no meeting in Trondheim for neither the CA²RE conference nor the CA²RE+ event.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are advised by our national health authorities, and after risk assessment the faculty has decided upon the following – see announcement from the Dean.

The CA²RE conference organization committee will use the coming hours and days to investigate alternative possibilities to carry out some conference activities in an alternative way to preserve some level of learning and shared experience, like digital/online presentations and review sessions. We will come back with further information – please stay tuned. Information will be shared by email and on the conference website ntnu.edu/ca2re2020. Depending on the outcome of these discussions we will come back to you as well with information regarding possible payback of the conference fee.
