Guidelines for presenting authors

Oral talk

• 10 minutes of presentation + 5 minutes for questions
• PowerPoint is preferred; the computers in the room are PCs and do not run Keynote for Mac.
• 16:9 ratio
• There is no template
• More information on where to upload your presentation will be sent to you by e-mail a week before the conference start.

Short oral talk

• 5 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for questions
• Powerpoint slides, 16:9 ratio
• There is no template
• More information on where to upload your presentation will be sent to you by e-mail a week before the conference start.

Posters

• Size A0 paper
• Portrait/vertical orientation
• There is no template
• You must show up to the conference with a physical copy of your poster.
• Suggestions of places to print your poster in Oslo:

• Further instructions on when to hang up your poster and where will be available shortly before the conference start.
• You must remove your poster when you leave the conference, otherwise your poster will be disposed of.

Certificate of attendance

All participants will receive a certificate of attendance by e-mail at the end of the conference.
