Registration fees are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT.

^* This rate only applies if the organisation where you work or study is located in a low or low-middle income country as defined by the World Bank (see map https://datatopics.worldbank.org/world-development-indicators/the-world-by-income-and-region.html) This fee is not applicable if you are originally from a low or lower-middle income country studying or working in a country that does not fulfil this criterion.

Cancellation terms

Cancellations made before 15 April 2026 will be refunded excluding a 500NOK fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Someone from the same organisation as you can take over your registration if you are unable to attend.
