An Evening of Celebration

We are delighted to invite all ECCM22 participants to the Conference Gala Dinner, a highlight of the social programme. Join your fellow delegates for an elegant evening of fine dining, networking, and celebration at the heart of Oslo.

Dietary Requirements

Oslo Kongressenter is experienced in catering for a wide range of dietary needs. If you have any allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, etc.), please indicate this during registration. Requests must be submitted by the registration deadline of 18 May 2026 to allow the kitchen team adequate preparation time.

Entry Requirements

You must have a valid gala dinner ticket purchased through the registration system.
Accompanying persons who wish to attend must purchase a separate gala dinner ticket during registration.

Practical Information

No transport is required — the gala dinner takes place at the conference venue.
The event concludes at midnight. Please plan your return transport accordingly.
Oslo Kongressenter is centrally located and easily accessible by public transport (tram, bus, and T-bane). The nearest stops are Youngstorget and Stortorvet.
