Bauhaus Bites launches on 1st of November

We are thrilled to announce the launching of our new Horizon Europe project - Bauhaus Bites! 

The project will deliver urban food system transformation via Bauhaus Bites (BB) Food Environments in 7 cities: Birmingham, Fundão, Zagreb (Trailblazers) and Murska Sobota, Ostend, Palermo, Sarajevo (Twins) with different geographies, sizes, demographic challenges and societal readiness. The project will boost mutual learning, document added value of created food environments to inform high-level policy-making and test them for transferability on EU and global level.

The BB approach will be based on inclusive participation and co-creation, including city and regional authorities, community- and business-driven initiatives, and inhabitants and end users of the food environments.

We are looking forward to meeting all project partners at our Kick-off meeting happening in mid-November in Zagreb! We can’t wait to start our joint planning of the Bauhaus Bites Vision!

Bauhaus Bites officially starts on November 1st, 2024 and will last for 3 years. Bauhaus Bites responds to the HORIZON-CL6-2024-COMMUNITIES-01 call and is funded under the topic: Resilient, inclusive, healthy and green rural, coastal and urban communities.
