The registration for FUSION 2026 opens 15 March 2026.

Early bird fees end at midnight (aoe), 15 May 2026.

Conference Fees:

Early bird registration (register no later than15 May 2026): NOK 12 000 (Approx. €1 065, $1 260^*)

Early bird student registration (register no later than 15 May 2026): NOK 6 000 (Approx. €533, $ 630^*)

Regular registration (register from 16 May 2026): NOK 14 000 (Approx. €1 245, $1 470^*)

Regular student registration (register from 16 May 2026): NOK 7 000 (Approx. €623, $ 735^*)

^* Based on exchange rates of 27 Feb. 2026.

Conference Fee Inclusions:

Access to all plenaries and parallel sessions Wed–Fri (conference days)
A maximum of two accepted papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the proceedings.
Lunches and coffee breaks (Wed–Fri)
Organ concerto and Ice breaker event (Tuesday evening)
Welcome reception (Wednesday evening)
Gala dinner (Thursday evening)

Bootcamp & Tutorials

In addition to the conference days (Wed–Fri), FUSION arranges a Boot Camp on Monday 22 June and a Tutorials day on Tuesday 23 June. The Boot Camp and the Tutorials day is not included with the conference registration fee.
