Paper Guidelines and Submission

Preparing and Submitting the Manuscript

Authors whose abstracts have been accepted are invited to prepare and submit a full paper by 15 January 2026. Please download and use the official MS Word template provided below, and ensure your manuscript complies with the formatting instructions.

Manuscripts must be no longer than six pages, be free from commercial content, and should be converted to PDF format before submission. Submit your manuscript via the submission portal. All papers will undergo peer review prior to acceptance.

Accepted papers will be presented at the conference, either as oral presentations or in poster sessions. At least one author or co-author must register as a conference participant and present the paper in person.

All accepted papers will be published in the ICEC 2026 Conference Proceedings, which will be made available as an Open Access (OA) publication, freely accessible online.
