Payment

Payment of the conference fee is by creditcard only.

Cancellation

Cancellations made before April 16, 2026 will be refunded excluded a NOK 500,- handling fee.

Cancellations before May 20, 2026 will be refunded by 50%.

As of June 21, 2025 no refunds will be issued.
