Payment

Payment of the conference fee is by creditcard only.

Cancellation

Cancellations made before April 16, 2026 will be refunded excluded a NOK 500,- handling fee.

Cancellations before May 20, 2026 will be refunded by 50%.

As of June 21, 2025 no refunds will be issued.

Accommodation

We have reserved som rooms at select hotels (, see below). These rooms must be booked no later than 20 May 2026, as the reservation will be released on the 21st of May.
