Norwegian Open Ai Lab

Welcome to the Norwegian Open Artificial Intelligence Lab! The Norwegian Open Artificial Intelligence Lab is a research center that aims at bringing all research efforts  within AI together, and provide an excellent infrastructure and framework for industry to engage effectively.

The AI Lab has the follwing ultimate goals:

  • To enable both basic and applied research.
  • To allow wide variaty of research areas.
  • To continually reasearch at a high international level.
  • To enable cross disiplinary research.

To achieve the above goals, the lab has paid and will continuous pay special attention to domains where Norway has (or intends to have) strong international positions, such as energy, maritime, aquaculture, telecom, digital banking, health and biomedicine.
