In order for AI to advance further, we believe that developing strong partnerships between academia, business and the public sector is crucial. Our partnership programme has the goal of stimulating for expanded research collaboration, and ensure close cooperation between researchers, students and our partners.
All Norwegian businesses and organisations are welcome to apply for a partnership. Do not hesitate to contact our administrative staff to learn more about our partnership programme.

Our partnership model
We have a number of partners ranging from business, industry, research and the public sector. They bring data, real-life problems and domain knowledge to NAIL, so that we can work together to solve challenges of high importance to the Norwegian society.
A partnership with NAIL entails:
- Network for actors with an interest in artificial intelligence
- Dedicated administrative contact point coordinating with academic environments and students
- Student projects:
- Propose master’s theses at the annual Master Safari event
- Best AI Master’s Thesis Award and Partner Workshop
- Events with subject matter experts:
