Thus we thank you for downloading the above templates, as it is of utmost importance that your paper follows each and every requirement in the template in order for us to enable this.

It is important to follow the IOP template to the point (IOP might refuse publishing if authors they do not follow template accurately). All successful papers will be published in a volume in the IOP Conference Series EES

Paper formatting

  • The maximum permissible pages are 12 in the final format of IOP Science.
  • File to be uploaded: pdf of max 20 MB
  • File name: please use a short file name , no author names shall be included in the file name (refers to the first submission before 2 January)

Paper review

There will be a DOUBLE blind review process of papers, thus we want the submission in January to replace author names and affiliations with the following:

Requirements for abstracts

The abstract should be written in a single paragraph format. A good abstract should give a brief overview of the paper including the purpose, the research design / methodology, and the findings. It is also a good practice to explain how the findings from the research can be useful in solving problems or closing gaps in the specific subject area)
