Registration for CIB W070 - Conference on Facility Management and Maintenance 2023 is now closed.

Conference fee

Full conference fee includes Conference Dinner and Welcome Reception followed by Organ Recital.

The fees are exclusive of 25% Value Added Tax (VAT), which is required by the Norwegian government. For those eligible, VAT refund can be arranged. Each individual attendee (or their organization) must apply for this on their own.

Full conference fee, early registration (register no later than 10 April 2023): NOK 7.000,-

Full conference fee, late registration (from 11 April 2023): NOK 9.000,-

Full conference fee ISO/TC 267 attendees: NOK 4.000,-

Full conference fee PhD Students: NOK 3.000,-

Single day fee: NOK 3.000,-

Conference dinner (for single day attendees): NOK 1.400,-

Welcome reception (for single day attendees): NOK 490,-

Visa

Visa application

If you need an invitation letter for your visa application, please contact the conference chair. Prior to contacting the chair you must be able to confirm that conference fee payment and registration is completed^*. For those who present a scientific paper, please also indicate your paper ID number and the title of the paper.

^* In case your visa application fails, the paid conference fee will be refunded minus administration fee of 500 NOK. Deadline for refund application is 19 April. From 20 April you get only 50% refund.

Accommodation

Scandic Lerkendal and Scandic Nidelven can be booked in the conference registration form. Please note that the quoted prices below are lower than the regular market prices.

This hotel is partial venue of the conference and is located close to NTNU which is the other conference venue.

Bus service: AtB lines: 1, 2, 10 & 20. Departures from Olav Tryggvasons gate are frequent. (every few minutes.)
