How can Trøndelag become the lighthouse of bioeconomy?
How can Trøndelag become the lighthouse of the bioeconomy?
Bioenergy and the bioeconomy are two sides of the same coin. This joint workshop brings these perspectives together and aims to explore how Trøndelag can develop a thriving and competitive bioeconomy. By gathering key regional stakeholders, the workshop seeks to identify opportunities, challenges, and enabling conditions for strengthening bio-based value creation in the region.
The workshop brings together representatives from industry, research, public authorities, and support organisations to discuss what is needed to scale bioenergy and bioeconomy solutions in Trøndelag. Through invited presentations, a panel discussion, and open dialogue, the workshop aims to strengthen collaboration across sectors and contribute to shared strategic direction.
The workshop is co-hosted by NTNU, SINTEF Energy Research, and RISE PFI, and provides a platform for strengthening collaboration with industry, small and medium-sized enterprises, and local and regional authorities. This dialogue is particularly relevant in the context of future external funding initiatives and regional development strategies.
