Thina Margrethe Saltvedt

Thina Margrethe Saltvedt is the Chief Analyst in the Sustainable Finance department at Nordea. She is also a board member of the environmental organization ZERO and serves on the Climate Financing Committee initiated by six major aid organizations (Kirkens Nødhjelp, Norsk Folkehjelp, Flyktninghjelpen, Redd Barna, Caritas Norge and Norwegian Red Cross). Thina led the Government-appointed expert committee for climate-friendly investments, which submitted its work in June 2022. Previously, Thina worked for ten years as the Chief Analyst for macro/oil at Nordea Markets and at the Financial Stability division of the Norwegian Central Bank. She has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST), United Kingdom.
