Call for Abstracts

Abstract submission is now closed.

Nordisco 2025 invites abstracts for both individual paper presentations and panels.

Deadline all abstracts: 28 March 2025 7 April 2025 (extended).

Abstract Guidelines

Individual Paper Presentation

• Abstracts for individual papers presentations: 250 words.
• Oral presentations should be maximum 20 minutes long, followed by 5 minutes discussion.

Panels, 3–6 papers

• Panel organizer submits abstract and title for the panel: maximum 400 words.
• Panel participants submit their individual abstracts (250 words), indicating panel title in the abstract submission system.

Posters

Poster size:

• maximum width: 95cm
• maximum height: 130cm

An A0 format (84x119 cm) will work fine.

Poster template:
There is no poster template when it comes to graphic layout.

Practical information for poster presenters:

• All poster walls will be numbered and named with the poster titles.
• Pins for hanging posters are available on the walls.
• Please arrive at the conference with your physical poster

Notification to Authors

Notification of accepted abstract is set to 13 June 2025.
