Questionnaire 1
Questionnaire 1 contained four pages (size A4), where the invitation letter covered the first page. It also contained information about where and when the participant should meet for the clinical examination. The participant was requested to fill in the questionnaire beforehand. When arriving for the clinical examination it was possible to clear up possible misunderstandings and other questions related to the questionnaire.

Questionnaire 2
Questionnaire 2 was given to the attendants after the clinical examination. It was to be filled in at home and returned by mail.

Questionnaire 3
Questionnaire 3 was given to some of the attendants together with questionnaire 2. The Blood pressure questionnaire was given to those who reported use of hypertension medicines. The Diabetes questionnaire was given to those who reported diagnosed with diabetes or previous diabetes. The Lung disease questionnaire was given to those who answered "YES" to one or more of the questions about lung functionality.

Questionnaire 1

Questionnaire 2
Questionnaire 2 was given to the attendants after the clinical examination. The participants filled in the questionnaire at home and returned it by mail. The first sections was the same for everybody, in addition there were six different sections:

  • Women aged 20-29
  • Women age 30-69
  • Women age 70 and older
  • Men age 20-29
  • Men age 30-69
  • Men age 70 and older

Our purpose here at HUNT is to facilitate research leading to new knowledge about public health. Researchers associated with Norwegian institutions can apply for access to HUNT material. Researchers from other countries are welcome to apply in cooperation with a Norwegian Principle Investigator. The research projects must be approved by an ethics committee.
