Gjøvik Library has a wide selection of printed and digital sources within the health sciences, design, technology, the natural sciences, media technology, information science, etc. Most of our collection consist of electronic resources, and you'll find books, journals, articles and more via Oria. The physical collection consists of printed books and journals that you will find on open shelves in the library.

Collections in the library

The library is on the 2nd floor (US) / 1st floor (UK) in G-bygget. You can find printed books and journals, and reference books as well as gaming consoles. 

Published BA, MA and PhD theses can be found in our Norwegian Research Information Repository (NVA)

NTNU Gjøvik has a license for the image database Colourbox. Students and employees can download up to 30 images per month for use in non-commerical assignments, projects, lectures, websites, etc. You need a key to activate your licence. 

Course material

Gjøvik Library has one or more copies of most of the books on the course reading lists. These are on a separate shelf by the service desk can be borrowed for two weeks.
