Fees

The conference fee is inclusive of access to all conference talks, poster session and two lunches.

Hotel booking

You can book your room at the Nordic ZEB venue: Clarion Hotel Trondheim or at Thon Hotel Nidaros in the conference registration form. You must guarantee your room with a credit card, but the room is payed directly to the hotel upon check in or check out.

Terms and Conditions

The registration is binding.

There will be a Cancellation Fee of NOK 500 for cancellations received by 31 August 2019. No refunds for cancellations received after 31 August 2019. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail: zeb2019@videre.ntnu.no.

Another person from the same company may replace you without additional costs.
