Templates

To prepare your paper for publication, you are required to use the template (either Microsoft Word or LaTeX) provided by IOP Science. When preparing your full paper, please refer to the guidelines provided by IOP Science.

Submission

During the submission process, authors are required to submit their manuscript of 5-8 pages as two separate files:

• one pdf file including author information
• one pdf file WITHOUT visible author information for the double-blind peer review.

Please submit your paper via the Nordic Zeb⁺ 2019 presentation portal.

After the review process, you will be asked to revise your paper and submit your final upload, including a doc/docx/tex file and a pdf file.

By submitting a paper the author and all co-authors are assumed to agree with the terms of the IOP Proceedings Licence.

Deadlines

The deadline for paper submission is May 01, 2019. Information about paper acceptance is planned for July 01, 2019. You may then be asked to do some revisions of your paper, and you will be given until Sept 01 to revise your paper. 

Please note that it will only be after the review process that we will be able to decide whether your contribution is suitable for an oral presentation and included in the paper proceedings, or if it will be presented as a poster.

In order for your paper to be accepted for oral presentation, you or one of your co-authors need to be registered for the conference. The deadline for authors or co-authors to register is Sept 01, 2019.

With the conditions that your paper is accepted and that you or a co-author will attend the conference to present it, your paper will be published open-access in IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmenal Science (EES) and indexed (with a DOI-number) in Conference Proceedings Citation Index—Science (CPCI-S) (Thomson Reuters, Web of Science), Scopus, GeoBase, Georef, Compendex, Inspec, Chemical Abstracts Service, NASA Astrophysics Data System and INIS (International Nuclear Information System).
