Kavli Summer Symposium 2026
NRSN is excited to announce the Kavli Summer Symposium, a neuroscience and optical biology conference organized by YROCK at the Kavli Institute for Systems Neuroscience (KISN) and the optical biology programme at UCL/Sainsbury Wellcome Trust.
Dates: 20th and 21st August 2026
Location: Kavli Institute for Systems Neuroscience (NTNU), Trondheim
Audience: ~60–100 attendees — PhD students, postdocs, PIs Registration deadline: 19th July 2026

Travel/accommodation support for NRSN members
The conference is co-sponsored by NRSN, and NRSN will cover travel and accommodation fees for its members (up to 5000 NOK per person). We have a limited budget and support will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
Please note that you must make your own travel arrangements to get to Trondheim and book your own accommodation. You will be reimbursed after the event.
