Food is essential for all citizens and we need more and better research, innovation and education to fill the gaps in society to make more sustainable food systems. Food has significant impact on our planet and are also affected by climate change.

NTNU Food Forum will coordinate the multidiscipline food expertise and act on these society food challenges.

NTNU Food Forum comprises food experts from all campuses and all 9 faculties at NTNU, including 20 departments in a range of different disciplines within technology and natural sciences, social sciences, economics and humanities.

EU Code of Conduct

NTNU Food Forum has strategically committed to follow EUs Code of Conduct for Responsible Food Business and Marketing Practices and has delivered the first report to the EU Commission.
