The Architecture and Civil Engineering Library has a large collection of printed books, reference works and journals on subjects including architecture, property management, physical planning, civil and environmental engineering and industrial design. Books that are in the library (not on loan or reserved) must be picked from the shelf by the borrower. Collections that have been moved to the archives can be ordered via Oria. Papers

Print issues of the daily newspaper Adresseavisen are available at the library, and you have access to digital newspapers from all over the world via our network.

DVD collection

The DVD collection focuses on architecture and planning, but also includes more general films and series.

Master’s theses in architecture

Master's theses from the faculty of Architecture and Design from 2011 onwards are available in NVA. The authors decide whether the thesis is open-access or not.

Theses from 2003–2010 are available on CD-ROM.
