Sabbatical at NTNU?

Sabbatical at NTNU?

Are you working in the biotechnology sector and feel the need to re-energize with a new view and possible new skillsets? Then a sabbatical at NTNU in lovely Trondheim may be an option. We are most eager to facilitate sabatticals for researchers at any research career stage. This involves of economic support, help with lodging,  help your spouse to find a job, help with securing places in good schools or kindergartens for your kids, and assistance with sorting out all the other practicalities associated with coming to a new country. And no, the polar bears are not walking in the streets of Trondheim.

The town is just the right size for anyone wanting to live a modern city life while still wanting to have easy access to fantastic all-year outdoors opportunities. Being a medium-sized town with more than 30 000 students and thousands of highly educated people in academia, industry and research institutions, Trondheim is arguably the most brainy town in Norway. If you need to get away, the airport is just 25 minutes drive from the city centre, and the airport bus goes every ten minutes. And if you want to explore its surrondings by car, you will not be stuck in traffic even during rush hours.

If you consider to take a sabbatical at NTNU, please contact members of the steering group of the R&D stream that is most close to your field of interest.
