Practical information

Make sure to bring warm cloths and good shoes. It may be quite cold in the wintertime in Trøndelag.

Travel arrangement: 
You need to book your plane ticket yourself. See suggestions for air tickets from Norwegian and Sas. This will be reimbursed after the PhD-conference. See the procedure for reimbursement.

Presentation:
All participant shall give a presentation of their research based on their abstract submitted. Please remember to bring a PowerPoint -presentation of your research. This will be presented during Thursday afternoon in smaller groups (about 10 persons pr group). The speakers (Bjørnar Kjensli and will join the groups and give feedback in addition to the audience. There will be practice for presentation skills and feed-back skills.

Poster:
Due to space restrictions, the maximum poster size is A0 in portrait orientation, i.e. 841 mm wide × 1189 mm high. Upon arrival at the conference venue, you will be allotted a number for your poster. You should mount your poster at the poster board with the corresponding number. Your poster should be mounted until the end of the conference. You have to print your poster yourself and bring it with you. If you already have a poster from a international conference, you can bring this one for our Poster discussion.
