From the 1st of January 2026 the former Development and Governance Division and the Financial Division have been merged. The new unit has an interim name until the 1st of January 2027: Division for Development, Financial and Governance Division (AUV‑ØK).

This is an interim website for the new division. The division will be formally established with a final name and organization from the 1st of January 2027.

About the division

AUV‑ØK is responsible for strategic governance and financial administration at NTNU. The division facilitates coherent processes, safe and efficient operations, and future‑oriented solutions, in line with NTNU’s strategy.

Our goal is to be a clear and competent partner that provides NTNU with a solid basis for governance, finance and development.

Main responsibilities

The division is, among other things, responsible for development, governance and compliance at NTNU.

Organization

AUV‑ØK consists of six sections and a working group for strategic financial management. The division director also has a leadership‑support team that contributes strategic advice and communication.
