About

I am a PhD student in medicine exploring fetal-maternal interactions in healthy pregnancy and pregnancies complicated by preeclampsia. My research focuses on inflammation and immune activation, and includes multi-omics data form both maternal and fetal tissues.

In addition, I have a part-time position in the NeoDoppler research group at the Children's Clinic, St. Olavs hospital. Here, we study cerebral hemodynamics in infants and neonates.

Cytokine Patterns in Maternal Serum From First Trimester to Term and Beyond

Pregnancy implies delicate immunological balance between two individuals, with constant changes and adaptions in response to maternal capacity and fetal demands. Here, we describe the development of maternal immune activity thoughout pregnancy

ALASCA: An R package for longitudinal and cross-sectional analysis of multivariate data by ASCA-based methods

This paper demonstrates how the ALASCA package for R can be applied to gain insights into multivariate data from interventional as well as observational designs. Publicly available data sets are used to demonstrate the method

A Scoping Review of Cerebral Doppler Arterial Waveforms in Infants

To help pediatric clinicians recognize the visual characteristics of disease-associated Doppler spectra and identify possible areas for future research, we performed a scoping review of primary studies on cerebral Doppler arterial waveforms in infants
