• access to electronic resources (e-journals, e-books and databases)
• library system Alma (e-resources)
• registration and clearance of book excerpts in BOLK (Kopinor)
• production of digital course packs
• access to electronic resources in the Introduction Team NTNU/Helse Midt RHF agreement
• member of the AI Team at the NTNU University Library
• support in NTNU help (primarily for e-resources)
