I work as an HR consultant at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering where I handle the following tasks:

• Contract administration and managing contract extensions
• Preboarding and onboarding of new employees
• General personnel management
• Handling terminations of contracts (offboarding)
• Facilitating stays for guests
• Organizing research stays, both domestically and internationally
• Support to Head of Department in the HR area

Previously I have worked at the Department of Energy- and Process Engineering, and I therefore also have experience with the following: 

• Handling recruitment and hiring processes for Postdoctoral Fellows, PhD candidates, Research Assistants and Researchers

I have a master's degree in Strategic Management, Applied Organizational Psychology and HR.
