I am a PhD candidate at NTNU, specializing in gender diversity in software engineering. My research focuses on exploring gender-inclusive strategies that aim to increase, promote, and retain the participation of women in the software engineering field.
I am the work package leader of the Erasmus+ project, TechLARP. The project focuses on gender-inclusive and arts-based approaches for delivering engaging STEM education to children and young people.
I am part of the COST Action CA19122 EUGAIN to achieve gender balance in informatics and several international initiatives that support diversity, leadership empowerment, and inclusion in tech. My background is related to inclusion and communication design, focusing on the intersection between society and technology.
