About

My scholarly activities and expertise are concentrated in the field of management, with a focus on organisational behaviour and human resources.

I research, teach and supervise academic works (undergraduate and postgraduate) in areas including:

  • Organisational Behaviour/Leadership in Organisations
  • Human Resource Management/Diversity Management and Its Impact on Employees and Organisations.

Competencies

  • Age and generations at work
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Human resource management
  • Human resource management
  • Leader-follower relationship
  • Leadership
  • Leadership behaviours
  • Management
  • Organizational Psychology
  • Workforce diversity

Research

My research and academic interests focus on the interaction between leadership behaviours and the demographic dimensions (age, generation) of workforce diversity, and their effects on employee attitudes and behaviours in organisations. In addition, the concepts of generations at work, stereotypes, and perceived age and generational discrimination are also part of my research expertise. My work also reflects a keen interest in evidence-based approaches to leadership and human resource management practices, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in organisations.
