Eigil Obrestad has a bachelor degree in network and system administration (from GUC) and a masters degree in information security (NTNU). He's been employed at NTNU since 2014, with the primary disciplines of:

• Information Security
• System administration
• Computer networks

Eigil is innvolved in the courses:

• IIKG3021 - Campus networks and internet architecture

In addition to teaching Eigil works as a system administrator for NTNU's private cloud-platforms, which are based on OpenStack.
