Eleni A. Dimitriadou is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellow at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Her research project focuses on ‘Learning Analytics and Generative AI to design and facilitate learning (LEARNGENAI)’. Eleni completed her Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence Applications in Education from the Cyprus University of Technology (2024). Eleni has extensive experience working on EU-funded CYENS (Biometrics for Smart Human-Centred Emerging Technologies Multidisciplinary Research Group) projects. She has published her work in journals (IEEE Transactions on Learning Technologies, Education and Information Technology, Multimedia Tools and Applications etc.) and conferences (VISIGRAPP, MELECON, CAIP, etc.). Eleni was an invited speaker at the DIGITALIS Erasmus+ Programme regarding the role of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence. She is also a reviewer for international journals (Computers and Education, Education and Information Technologies etc.) and conferences (CAIP, ICFET, etc.) related to her research areas. Her research interests are emerging technologies with focus on educational technologies. Eleni was a post-doc researcher at Cyprus University of Technology, part-time lecturer and an external collaborator at the Cyprus Pedagogical Institute, where she has offered training to in-service teachers related to XR technologies. Eleni has several years of experience in teaching mathematics at Cyprus Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth.
